About the Role

Central Pattana is hiring a Maintenance Technician Team Leader to lead the maintenance and repair of building systems such as the electrical, water supply and air-conditioning systems so the branch runs effectively and efficiently. Work location: Pattaya Avenue, Chonburi.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plan.
• Inspect, maintain and repair equipment and building systems in the project and common areas so they are always ready for use.
• Check and fix first-level problems in the electrical, water supply, air-conditioning and building systems.
• Control and follow up building and common-area maintenance work to the required standards.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors carrying out repairs, installation or fit-out work so they follow company rules.
• Supervise outsourced maintenance, security, housekeeping and gardening teams against the agreed scope, quality and standards.
• Check the tidiness, cleanliness and readiness of common areas, equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and solve building and system issues for tenants and visitors.
• Record and report inspection and maintenance results, and follow up outstanding work until it is completed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience maintaining building systems and equipment in a shopping centre, community mall or property project is an advantage.
• Knowledge and skills to inspect, maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and building systems.
• Able to work shifts, 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Responsible and punctual, with good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate contractors and outsourced teams.
• A building electrician training certificate is an advantage.
• Able to use a computer and basic programs such as Microsoft Office and email.
